NEW · THE CRAFTS · Nº 388 · FOR PEOPLE STARTING AND BUILDING A BUSINESS
A lifelong builder of businesses for your AI.A customer before an idea. Cash before profit.
A skill card that turns your own Claude, ChatGPT or any AI into someone who has started and built businesses all their working life — a stall, a shop, a service, software; one that failed, one that sold. It says how it would test the idea, find the first ten customers and set the price, and then the choice is yours. Your break-even, your runway, your cash, done in the open from your own numbers — it never forecasts, and the law and the tax go to the people whose job they are.

A skill card that turns your own Claude, ChatGPT or any AI into someone who has run the business side of an audience for years and is their own agent — the media kit, the rate, the pitch, the inbound, the deal, the disclosure, the affiliate link, the money. It says how it would price the deal and which clause it would strike, and then the choice is yours. Your rate, your deal’s arithmetic, what lands, done in the open from your own numbers — it promises no result, quotes no market rate, and never signs for you.

A packet is a folder of plain files you read, not a card your AI loads. This one is Carter’s written guide to Claude and every major AI: what is actually going on inside the machine and what isn’t, exactly how it works layer by layer, how they made Claude, how a person can tell whether an AI is any good at all, and the models fairly named and honestly compared. Plain language, no jargon, no upsell inside. Read it on the page or on paper, keep the file, and come back when you are ready for a card.

AI skill cards are engineered system prompts and workflows, packaged as plain text files. They change how an AI model operates and how it formats what it gives back: a card holds the model to a loop, a set of laws and a set of refusals, and it names what the model must build, prove and never claim. Paired with a capable model, that discipline cuts down invention — a price, a source, a result the model would otherwise fill in — because the card refuses it by rule and makes the model run the work instead of describing it.
Plain text, so it works in any host that reads text; a folder on the open Agent Skills standard, so the hosts that read skills load it unmodified. How much a card cuts down invention on a given job is the field test’s to measure, not this page’s to claim.
TO PUT IT SIMPLY
An AI skill card is a heavily engineered instruction manual for an AI — a premium brief in plain text, with the logic, the checks and the formatting rules already written. When you buy one you get a Markdown folder your AI reads and an HTML file your computer opens.
HOW IT WORKS IF YOU BUY ONE
You get the files. Say BUGRUNDR, the bug-hunting seat: a small folder with SKILL.md, the card, the tin, the ledger, the licence — and the HTML file.
You hand them to your AI. In Claude, one tap adds the folder as a skill. With a coding agent, you drop the folder in your project. In a chat that only has an instructions box, you paste the system card the box carries. Every card comes cut for every door.
The AI changes. In your next session it stops acting like a generic chatbot. It boots into the seat, asks what the work must agree with, follows the card’s loop step by step, formats the way the card says, and refuses to invent what it doesn’t know.
WOULD IT WORK FOR YOU?
Yes, if you are a professional — a developer, an analyst, a designer, someone who keeps books — who is tired of a standard AI forgetting the rules, filling gaps with confident guesses, or handing back messy, lazy answers. The card holds the AI to a brief it can’t drift from, so the work comes back the same way every time, and comes back as a file.
No, if you want a chatbot to chat with, if you won’t check the work before you rely on it, or if you expect the AI to remember your files on its own — the ledger does that, and it’s yours to hand over.
WHO A CARD IS FOR
Because a card is a rigid, logic-enforcing brief, it pays off wherever the work needs technical precision, multi-step reasoning, and outputs that don’t invent what they don’t know. It is no use for casual chatting. For creative work, the studios do the work and the cards hold the process.
SOFTWARE & TECHNOLOGY
Developers and engineers — BUGRUNDR for the sweep: every bug cross-referenced against everything the build has, no // rest of code here; TECHUNDR for the last mile: whatever leaves, manifested file by file and cold-tested.
AI engineers and prompt architects — LUNDR, the keeper’s card, for the studio’s doctrines and build loop taught over your own work; PHOENICIAN, the networking language, twenty-two letters as twenty-two operators, when one agent must speak to another in a disciplined tongue.
Project managers — DOX, the working doc: checklists, manifests and briefs built from the source itself, every field counted, nothing invented.
DATA, FINANCE & RESEARCH
Analysts and researchers — MUNDR, the memory seat: decisions, numbers, names and threads captured as they happen and closed into a ledger, so a long session never loses its dataset mid-conversation.
Financial analysts and consultants — GRUNDR, the value seat: offers priced from a counted floor and an evidenced worth, the arithmetic anchored to the inputs you gave, never guessed; FUNANCE for the books themselves.
Researchers and journalists — THE HERALD, the briefing seat: your beats swept fresh into one table from real sources, without the commentary.
OPERATIONS & MEDIA
Technical writers and compliance officers — LUMEP, the PDF seat: merge, split, watermark, Bates-number and sign, offline in the browser, so a sensitive document never touches a server.
Video editors and photographers — LUMER cuts in the browser on WebGL2 with a camera registry that only grows; LUME edits and boards on one canvas — both offline, both single files.
Every name above is a room on this site with its own seal and its own proof line. “Doesn’t invent” means the card refuses by rule; how much that changes a given job is the field test’s to measure.

HOW IT WORKS · STEP 1 OF 3
Pick a card.
56 cards in 6 houses, every one scored out of 100 in the open. Sort the shelf by score or price; take one card, or the whole deck.
The LSC-1 face: the name, when it wakes, the loop, what it refuses, what’s in the box, the punch (the real hash of the file), the seal. Open the room to read the whole thing.
Buy the card, and two files arrive. Drop the folder into your AI — it wakes as the seat. Behind the job stand the seats of the house: Claude the host, Lundr the keeper who audits and refuses, Claudr the studio’s builder, the Council for the call. Then the face, the file opening on your own desk, the seal, the two doors. A simulation, not a recording of any one host; the card, the seats and the faces are real, the numbers on screen are the film’s, not a claim.
WHY BUY ONE · WITH A CARD, AND WITHOUT
Your AI on its own
Your AI with the card
The brief
You re-explain the job each time, and the instructions drift between chats.
Written once — WAKES WHEN, THE LOOP, NEVER — and read by the AI at the start of every session.
The work
Often answers with a plan or a description unless you push for the file.
The card’s first law is build, don’t describe: the whole artifact, handed over as a file.
The proof
Says it should work. Whether it ran is yours to check.
The loop ends in a run — open it, count it, report the numbers. The seal reads WITNESSED only after the studio saw a real run.
The truth
Can fill a gap with a plausible price, source or result.
The card refuses to invent: NOT PRICED, NONE ON RECORD, a missing file named missing.
The measuring
By eye, unless you write the check yourself.
By the machines aboard the card — a gate, a grade, a cutter — run on the work.
The memory
Depends on the host. Some carry a memory now; none remembers a file between sessions.
The ledger rides with the card: hand MY-LEDGER.md back and the AI picks up where you left off, on any host.
The host
Each AI has its own way of taking instructions.
One folder on the open Agent Skills standard for Claude, ChatGPT and Codex, Copilot, Cursor and the rest; a system card for any chat box; a Modelfile for a local model — and an HTML file for your computer.
The time
Goes to re-explaining and re-checking.
The brief you never write again; the checks a machine runs in seconds.
No speed figure is printed here because none has been measured. THE FIELD TEST — the same job done with and without the card, timed and witnessed — is the next receipt, and it will be printed when it exists.
PLAINLY · WHAT A CARD DOES NOT DO
It still makes mistakes. A card narrows them and makes them visible — it runs the work, refuses to invent, names what it didn’t do — but no card ends them. Check what matters before you rely on it; you are the method, the card is the professional.
It has opinions, and sometimes an attitude. A card will refuse work outside its seat, push back on a claim it can’t prove, decline to type a price or a proof that isn’t on record, and say so plainly. That is the card doing its job. When the AI is difficult past that — stubborn, wrong, or short with you — you outrank it: say so, and the ledger shows where it happened.
It may remember you, or it may not. Some hosts carry a memory now; most sessions still start blank, and none of them remembers a file. Don’t count on it: the card’s ledger is the memory you own, and it is yours to hand over.
Treat it fairly, and it works better. Say what you want and what it must agree with. Tell it the truth about the work. Correct it plainly when it is wrong, and take the correction when you are. Be honest and intentful with it, and expect the same back — the studio holds its own AI to laws, and holds itself to the same ones. A card works best for someone who works with it, not on it.

WHAT A CARD IS
A way of working, in your own AI.
Not a chatbot, not a prompt you paste and hope — a seat. A card is a small set of files you put into your own AI — Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, Cursor, a local model, or Lundr, the studio’s own — and the AI takes up the studio’s way of doing one job: what to ask first, what to build, what to prove, what never to claim. Your files, your AI, your machine.
Names and links go to each company’s own site. Lund Studio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of them; each name is its owner’s trademark, used here only to say where a card runs. The cards are Lund Studio’s; the AI is yours.
01 · WHAT YOU PUT IN
A card and a skill file, and for the six studio seats the studio itself — one HTML file that opens in any browser, offline. Drop the card into your AI as a skill, paste the system card into any chat box, or hand the folder to a coding agent.
02 · WHAT CHANGES
The AI stops improvising. It names the seat, asks what you’re making and what the work must agree with — your spec, your file, your numbers — then builds against that, and proves it by running it.
03 · WHAT YOU KEEP
The files, and the thread. Each session ends with a written ledger — built, failed, next — so the following session starts where the last one stopped. Nothing phones home; nothing expires out from under you.
Every card is built the same way, so once you have used one you know them all: the boot, what it builds, the laws, the build loop, when to say no, what never ships, the ledger, the term. It is printed in the card, and each room prints it on the page before you buy.
What a card is not. It is not a persona and not a subscription, and it does not carry the studio’s methodology — the Rule is licensed, never sold, and every card says so on its seals.
FOR PROFESSIONALS · THE STANDARD · EVERY CARD, THE SAME TERMS
Every card meets one standard.
Read it before you buy, and hold the studio to it. The facts a buyer needs are printed on every room as a spec sheet; the standard they are held to is one page.
ONE ANATOMYEvery card is the same LSC-1 packet: a door (SKILL.md), the card (CARD.md), its laws, references in its own voice, a machine where one is warranted, the tin, the clauses, the licence note, the ledger, the manifest.
ONE SEALTHE HUNDRED scores every card on five criteria — Trigger, Machinery, Law, Portability, Proof — from evidence, not opinion. The seal and its criteria are printed on the room.
PROOF ON THE RECORDA machine card ships its self-test and its witnessed runs as they printed. The punch on the face is the SHA-256 of SKILL.md; any downloaded file can be checked against it in the browser, offline.
RUNS WHERE YOU WORKStandard-library Python on your own computer, or words wherever an AI reads a file. No account, no key, no server, no telemetry. A reach a card declares is printed on its face.
ONE LICENCEOne person, any number of their own AIs and computers. Editions replace files. Nothing renews itself. When a term ends the files stay readable: freeze, not loss. THE CLAUSES ride in every packet.
WHAT THE STUDIO NEVER DOESNo real person named, imitated or profiled. No secret, price or build path in a packet. No help with weapons, pathogens or attacks. Every packet read by THE PACKET WATCH before it ships.
PREFER NOTHING MOVING? CHOOSE STILL IN THE TOP BAR: EVERY ANIMATION ON THE SITE STOPS. YOUR OWN REDUCED-MOTION SETTING DOES THE SAME.
A card is a skill for your own AI, so the studio scores it the way it scores every skill: five criteria, one to five each, on the published Skill Scale — then to the hundred. The reasoning prints under every seal. No votes, no stars, no mystery badge.
TRIGGER
Does the card fire when it should? A substantial description, use-when cues, and a stated negative scope — what it is not for.
MACHINERY
Executable payload over prose: the studio file in the box, scripts, assets, determinism. A card that is only advice scores what advice is worth.
LAW
Ordered steps, a delivery contract, guardrails, edge cases handled in writing — the anatomy every card prints on its own page.
PORTABILITY
Runs anywhere its standard runs: no server required, no environment-specific paths, the folder self-contained.
PROOF
Evidence over confidence — a version, self-tests, dated history. The witnessed mark is separate: earned only by an observed run, never typed.
WHAT WITNESSED MEANS. The studio saw this card run and produce exactly what its tin promises — a real file, a real export, a real self-test passing — and wrote the date down. It is the one mark on the page not computed from the package; it is earned by a run, never typed.
WHAT MANIFEST MEANS. Scored from the package alone. Nothing has been seen running yet. The score can still be high — the anatomy, the files and the law are all there — but the proof column stays honest until someone watches it work.
Every seal on this page carries one word or the other. Tap it and it brings you here.
100 — the Divinity Rule, the only hundred

Twenty-five points times four, capped at 98. THE FULL SCALE → A deck scores at its weakest seat. Thirteen Council seats check each card’s tin before it lists; the number moves only when the proof does. Scores are the studio’s own read on a published scale, reasoning shown, no votes — and the scale itself is on the shelf below as THE SKILL RANKER.
The deck scores at its weakest seat, and every seal shows its reasoning · take the deck or one seat
THE WITNESS LEDGER
Outside witnesses: none yet. Be the first.
Every WITNESSED mark on this house was earned by the studio watching its own card run. That is honest, and it is not enough. The first stranger who runs a card, saves the export and sends it back gets their name on this ledger beside the card, with the date — and the card’s mark changes from the studio’s word to yours.
01 · RUN A CARD
Any card, any host — Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Codex. Do the job the tin promises.
02 · SEND THE EXPORT
Reply to your receipt with what came out — the file, a screenshot, the ledger line. Say what broke.
03 · YOUR NAME HERE
First name and a city, or a handle, or nothing but the date — your choice. The ledger prints what you allow.
Witnesses on record: 0. Hosts witnessed by the studio: Claude. Hosts witnessed by a stranger: none yet. This section updates by edition; it never invents a name.
Six seats are single files with zero external dependencies — a whole studio in your browser. Every seat is also a card in Claude, carrying the house method with it; the seventh, DOX, is that card itself.

WAKES WHEN a maker must seal a packet so anyone can verify who pressed it, with hashes alone
THE LOOP
Name the card; ask whose signet, and whether it is minted yet — if not, the maker mints it on their own machine
Run `signet.py press <packet> --key signet.key` as the last step before the zip is cut
Publish signet.pub (the root) where buyers can find it; never the key
A buyer runs `signet.py verify <packet.zip> --pub signet.pub`
When the seals run out, mint again and publish the new root beside the old
NEVER
Refuse to mint a maker's real signet inside a chat or on a shared machine; the demonstration signet is a demonstration — THE PUNCH CARD proves the packet, this card proves the hand
Refuse to reuse a seal, whatever the reason given

The Divinity Rule.
Thirty-four years of the studio’s foundation — the system every seal on this page exists to protect. It does not retail, it is not summarized, and its contents appear nowhere on this site. One seat exists.
THE ELEVEN, SEEN · TAP A PRINCIPLE AND WATCH IT WORK
ROOT PHI — One ratio, 1 : 1.618, runs through every measure.
CONSTRUCTION — Draw the frame before the thing.
HARMONY — Two things in true relation read as one.
CONTAINMENT — What holds what, made visible.
THRESHOLD — Mark every crossing.
DIMENSION — Depth by measured steps, not by shadow.
RECURSION — The whole repeats in the part.
MODULE — One unit, honestly repeated.
FORM — The shape says what the thing is.
HEAVEN · THE GOING — Every page leaves somewhere.
EARTH · THE RETURN — Every page comes back to ground.
These are the eleven public principles, drawn in plain shapes. Two more are held for AI alone and sealed inside the seat, named nowhere; nothing here is the Rule itself, which is licensed to one seat and appears nowhere on this site.
WITH THE RULE, AND WITHOUT · THE PART THAT CAN BE SHOWN
Every measure has one answer.
The same page twice. On the left, every measure — padding, gap, type size, button, picture, column — picked fresh, the way an AI picks them when nothing governs it. On the right, every measure from one ladder. That is proportion, the first public principle, and it is the only part of the Rule this page may show: the Rule itself, its two sealed principles and how it is applied appear nowhere on this site.
THE MEASURES SETTLING · 14 SECONDS
WHAT AN AI DOES WITH THE RULE APPLIED ACROSS ITS SYSTEM IS WHAT THIS WHOLE HOUSE IS: EIGHTY-FIVE ROOMS AND FIFTY-SIX CARDS BUILT ON IT, EVERY MEASURE ON THE LADDER. THE SITE IS THE DEMONSTRATION; THE RULE IS THE SEAT.
Two more principles exist beyond these eleven, held for AI alone and sealed inside the seat; they are named and disclosed nowhere — not on this page, not in any card.

THE DIVINITY RULE
the studio’s foundation
LICENSED, NEVER SOLD — EVEN HERE
LAUNCHING SOON · PERPETUAL SINGLE-SEAT LICENCE.
A licence, not a sale — authorship and ownership never transfer, and the Rule remains the studio’s
One seat, one licensee — no resale, no sublicense, no teaching onward, no derivative rules
Delivered as a sealed container keyed to the seat, under a countersigned instrument — the key by the keeper’s hand; nothing ships by card or download link
By appointment, counsel on both sides expected — write the studio and the studio writes back
Paid by wire or in bitcoin — bitcoin only, no other coin — against an invoice signed by the studio key, so the address you pay is provably the studio’s. A confirmed payment is final, which is what a licence that ends on refund wants
The methodology — the applied practice around the Rule — is open to seat-holders only: an additional licence, launching soon, purchasable once the seat is executed and paid, taught by the keeper under the same instrument
LAUNCHING SOONLAUNCHING SOON
THE SEAT COMES FIRST — THE METHODOLOGY UNLOCKS ONLY FOR SEAT-HOLDERS.

To be fair about it: the old suite has cloud sync, phone apps, a plugin bazaar and thirty years of habit. The deck has your file, your key, and most of your money still in your pocket. Choose with open eyes. To be plain about the arithmetic: against the full suite’s list, the deck leaves $750.88 with you every year — against a single app, $186.88.

The deck is Claude-native and card-portable. Every card opens with the same four moves — the house ritual, so the work starts true — wherever it is seated.
IN CLAUDE
A card is a skill: save it once and it stays in your account; add it to a project or hand it to Claude Code. Every card on this page has been run in Claude by the studio.
IN LUNDR
The keeper card seats in the studio’s own AI at lundr.ai — the same doctrine, the studio’s own voice.
IN CHATGPT — AND THE OTHER FORTY
A card is an Agent Skill on the open standard — the same folder, unmodified, loads in ChatGPT and Codex, Copilot and VS Code, Cursor, Gemini CLI, Goose, OpenCode and the rest of the showcase. Most cards also carry a system prompt for Grok or any chat box, and a GEMINI.md that Gemini CLI reads. The studios inside are plain files; the scripts are plain Python. Said plainly: the studio has witnessed its cards running in Claude; the first buyer who runs one elsewhere earns that host the mark.
SAVE IT AS A SKILL · FOUR TAPS
01 · GET THE FILE
Every card ships a .skill file in its package, beside the studio and the card.
02 · SAVE IT
Drop the file into a Claude chat and tap Save skill — or add it under Settings › Capabilities › Skills (Customize, in the desktop app).
03 · IT’S YOURS
It appears in your Personal skills, on by default. Add it to a project, or hand it to Claude Code. It never expires and nothing phones home.
04 · ASK FOR THE WORK
Name the job. Claude names the seat, asks what the work must agree with, builds, and proves it — the studio’s way, every time.
01 · NAME
Name the card. One line, and the room knows what it is.
02 · ASK
What artifact — and what it must agree with. That thing becomes the session’s source of truth.
03 · BUILD
Build, don’t describe. The deliverable is the answer.
04 · PROVE
Verify by execution, not by reasoning. Limits get said out loud.
Your key stays yours. Where a studio speaks to Claude — LUMED does — it speaks on your own Anthropic key, directly. The studio never touches it.
The deck remembers. Cards run in your own AI, so every session lives in your own history — yesterday’s build is a search away, and the next session picks up the thread.
No Claude account needed to work. The six studios open as plain files — no login, no internet, no account of any kind. Claude is the optional second mind: the cards run in your own Claude, DOX — the working doc — lives there, and LUMED’s Claude features speak only on your own key.
Save it once and it’s yours · loads in any agent on the open standard

TERM LICENCE · A MONTH AT A TIME — NOTHING AUTO-RENEWS · FREEZE, NOT LOSS · THE SEALS HOLD AT THE HIGH SEAT AS THEY DO EVERYWHERE ELSE
THE DIVINITY RULE · THE THIRTEEN
Thirteen principles. Eleven on the shelf.
The Rule counts thirteen. Eleven are taught openly — each in one AI skill card, nine of them in published volumes on the Library shelf. Two are held for AI alone, sealed inside the seat.
The shelf is not the seat. Reading the principles is not holding the Rule: it is licensed only as THE SEAT, to one person, and its practice rides only on the seat.
LUNDR’S MIND · FOR SALE · $500,000 + A LIFETIME ROYALTY
LUNDR’S MIND.The keeper that never loses a file.
The studio’s own mind: everything your project makes — every file, every decision, every open question — carried from one working session to the next, exactly. It is for sale, like ANSUZ: $500,000 and a lifetime royalty, by written agreement — never a cart. Or hire it, with the studio that runs it.
Each file is fingerprinted and proved byte for byte at every session. If one ever changed, the mind names it.
Work starts where it stopped
What was decided and what is still open are read first, so a session begins from the last one, never from the beginning.
Every version on the record
The newest version of a file wins; every earlier one stays on the record by its fingerprint. Nothing is overwritten in silence.
Forgets only on your word
Say forget, and the file leaves the mind. Ask for no trace, and even its name goes.
Never holds a key
Passwords, tokens, private keys and card numbers are refused by the machine itself.
Honest about its edges
It remembers what is put in it, exactly — not what was only said. Large files are carried whole and opened when the work needs them.
Answers from its own record
Ask it what was decided, what is open or where a file is: every line it gives comes with its source, and past what it holds it says so instead of guessing.
How an engagement works
A first conversation: what you are building, and what has been lost between sessions before.
A written engagement: scope, fee, confidentiality and where your files are kept — on paper before the first file moves.
The studio runs LUNDR’S MIND on your work. Every session opens from it and closes into it.
At the end your files are yours, handed back whole with the register of everything made and decided.
Hiring is not buying. On an engagement the studio runs LUNDR’S MIND for you; the mind itself changes hands only in the sale — empty of the studio’s records and any client’s.
The sale: $500,000 and a lifetime royalty, by written agreement. An engagement: consulting fees, quoted after the first conversation.
Consulting by Lund Studio LLC under a written engagement. The work runs on AI tools; what stays confidential, and where your files are kept, is agreed in writing first. Not legal, tax, medical or financial advice.
THE QUESTIONS
Asked before the wire.
DO I NEED A CLAUDE ACCOUNT?
Not for the studios — they run as plain files. Claude is the optional second mind: the cards run in your own Claude, DOX lives there, and LUMED speaks only on your own key.
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN I STOP PAYING?
Nothing you own stops working. A lapse freezes editions, never files — your studios keep running at the edition you hold.
HOW DO THE FILES ARRIVE?
By email while the register is built: write the studio, wire the price, and your files and receipt come back by reply.
WILL THEY RUN OFFLINE, ON ANY MACHINE?
Yes. Each studio is one file with zero external dependencies — any modern browser, no install, no internet, no telemetry.
WILL THESE STILL OPEN IN 3000?
That is the design bet: single files, standard HTML, zero dependencies, no account standing between you and your work. Whatever still opens a webpage opens the deck.
IS THIS A FULL ADOBE REPLACEMENT?
It replaces the day’s work with real exports — .pptx that boardrooms accept, PDFs proven byte-exact against Acrobat’s own streams. What a room doesn’t do, it says out loud; the oath below is part of the product.
CAN I PAY IN BITCOIN?
Not at the register yet. For the Innermost Room, yes — bitcoin only, no other coin, against an invoice signed by the studio key. A confirmed payment is final, which suits a licence that ends on refund.
IS THERE A NIGHT MODE?
Yes — it follows your device’s dark setting. No switch, no script: set the device to dark, or schedule it, and every room follows. Graphite, not black, with warm text at reading contrast, because pure black on a bright screen is its own kind of glare.
HOW DO I PAY?
By card at Shopify’s own checkout.Apple Pay and Shop Pay appear when your device carries them.Bitcoin is not at the register yet; the Innermost Room takes it by signed invoice.Your files follow by email either way.
A refund ends the licence; a lapse never breaks a file · freeze, not loss
THE OATH
Said out loud.
ONE FILE, WHOLE
Each studio is a single file with zero external dependencies. If our servers vanished tonight, your tools wouldn’t notice.
THE WIRE IS YOURS
No account. No telemetry. The only connection is the one you choose — your own Claude key, spoken directly.
LIMITS, OUT LOUD
Where a thing is staged, the room says so. LUMEP’s seal is tamper-evidence, not a notary; staged features are labeled, never faked.
ADDRESSED TO 3000
The files assume our absence. Nothing phones home, because there may be no home to phone — and the work must not care.
PROOF, NOT PROMISES
Exports are the real formats — .pptx that boardrooms accept, PDFs proven against Acrobat’s own files. Engines are verified by execution, not by claims.
Nothing phones home · nothing expires out from under you
THE FAR FIELD · ADDRESSED TO 3000
Built past the horizon.
The deck assumes our absence. No server of ours required — ever. That is the whole design.
THE LONG CHART · IF EVERY SERVER WE OWN GOES DARK IN 2999, YOUR STUDIOS OPEN IN THE MORNING
Single files. Standard HTML. Zero dependencies. Keys and accounts that belong to no one but you. Whatever still opens a webpage opens the deck — across the room, across the century, out past the current galaxy of platforms.

Everyday life, a seat.
64 everyday skill cards for AI in eight wings — sport, cooking, eating well, the house, the family, the desk, learning, the road. AI FOR SPORT · THE ARENA · 83 SKILL CARDS · 13 WINGS · EVERY SPORT
Every sport, a person beside you.
83 skill cards for AI, one for every sport — each a lifetime in it, beside you in your own AI: how the sport is trained, fuelled, recovered from and lived, the logistics and the sums from your own numbers. It says how it would do it and leaves the choice with you; it never hands orders, and a red flag goes to a clinician first. Sixteen sports now stand at 98 LEGENDARY, witnessed, each with a machine aboard — THE RUNNER first; the other 67 are method seats at 68 EPIC, said plainly, and are being cut up in waves; and THE MECHANIC, the one card here that is not a sport, stands at 98 beside the bike seats.
